Out/ IN Call Disconnect in exact 15min

Hello Everybody,

My name is syed wasi ,i recent joint this forum and new users for elastix .

We have Cent OS 3.5 which is having sangoma FXO A202 card and Elastix 2.0 configure on it
there are two Granstream device of 24port configure to convert digital to anolog as we have all analog phones .

Problem what I was facing is for every outgoing and incoming calls it disconnect after every 15min exact .even i have check grandstream device and elastix but did not found any solution .even i hd enable all debug on elastix as well as freepbx .

if any body found solution pls help me.

the gransdtreams gxw4024 has serious problems with early media and rtp timers you should upgrade them to 1.0.3.20 firmware and verify that you have the latest 1.6.16.1 asterisk installed

Hello,

I had upgraded grandstream firmware as
Software Version: Program-- 1.0.3.10 Bootloader-- 1.0.0.9 Core-- 1.0.3.6 Base-- 1.0.3.8

Elastix version
elastix-2.0.0-58

as per grandstream website ,cannot found 1.0.3.20 firmware on grandstream website.

Hello,

Can anybody tell how to upgrade firmware manually from downloaded bin file ..need to upgrade on latest version ..

try grandstream support for that issues. 4024 are crappy hardware for hard everyday use thats why they cost half or less than a professional audiocodes or quintum gateways.
If you dont have the know how to upgrade a firmware and nobody from grandstream help you and your job is on the stake maybe you could have paid palosanto support.

Still having problem after upgrading latest firmware .

call get disconnect in 15min out call /

do you have any tone or pulse in your telco lines at 15 minuts?
do you have any cisco switches????

there is no tone or pulse set in telco ,neither we have any cisco switch .all connect on normal dlink 24port switch .

nope i have a 4024 0.2C in my hands right now courtesy of grandstreeam to test and is not having 15 minuts disconnect..maybe you could try open a bug ticket in grandstream to seek for the disconnect cause with their official support or a bug ticket here in bug tracker for elastix, but i cant reproduce your issue do you have sip traces from that moment?

i have taken sip traces for today disconnection ,can u pls open bug ticket for me.

this log is showing call from ext 5824 out call.

attch html file .

eagerly looking for soln.

how can i open a bug ticket without having the equipment and tested for myself...please go to
www.grandstream.com search there and create a user and search the instructions to open a ticket...
