After spending a couple of days reading through EWT book and trying to search for an answer i'm going to bite the bullet and see if someone can point me in the right direction...

I got an OpenVox A400P card with 1 FXS and 1 FXO port and have got incoming/outgoing calls working like a charm (even UK CallerID  )

However I just can't seem to figure out how to connect an analogue dect phone to it.

I've added a generic ZAP device extension, filled in the needed fields, zap channel 1 with the other fields left with the default values. Tried with and without adding Inbound DID value: 1

Just can't figure out what i've missed. The extension rings from a sipphone, but nothing with the handsets. (Yes, it's plugged in :p )

    ok, scrap that for now.

I managed to get the handset to ring once but then it said it was unavailable.

Reboot and seems to be working again... looks like it might have been a dodgy lead  so we'll see how things go.
