Onhook agent (make the phone ring)

    Hi there

    Is there a possibility to configure the agents so when they log in into the queue, they can on hook the phone, and once a call be directed to the agent, the extension can ring or keep the phone off hook but send a louder ringing sound so that when the agent hears it, he/she can put their headset and start talking?

    Dear Experts,

    I've a similar question, Here is my question

    when call customer call is arrived to an agent, I want his softphone to be ring with giving the actual caller ID (not anonymous@anonymous.invalid) and I would like to avoid the use of Music on Hold play on the agent's earphones. Actually this is exactly what the normal Queue operation does. But I'm using Callcenter addon to get all those types of reports. (I found another free PBX system XIVO does that, but it doesn't have any reporting mechanism)
