    Hello!

I cannot make this feature work, despite if i set to record always works perfect.

    OS: elastix 1.3.2

    dialing options:

    Asterisk dial command options: trwW
Asterisk Outbound dial command options: twW

I have moved a lot these values without success, any suggestion is appreciated.

I am also experiencing this same problem, with the same version. It worked fine in our previous version.

explain me what are: kiax, kiax2 and iaxcomm dialpads
if they are like a gateway attached to hardphones, make sure that *1 isn´t a feature code of that equipment

It might be and dtmf mode problems. Normally you should use rfc2833
