Number of Concurrent calls

    First of all thanks to Elastix for providing us a easy to install predictive dialing module. I am using 1.5beta of Elastix and 1.4 release of call center module.

    I am able to run the companies with auto dialing and agent call able to connect when call is connected to other party.
    But sometimes a agent gets more than one concurrent calls (and this does not appear on agent console) even the skip busy agents is set to yes in the queue

    I would like that call center module should dial the number of call according to agents logged in and free.

    Please see the attached queue settings

    Where did you find call center 1.4 download?
