Excellence!
Installation was smooth.

How do I configure HUDlite?
(Which user/password goes where)

Thank you so much!

Once you have enabled the module in FreePBX, under SETUP right at the bottom you will see a heading "Modules" under that "HUD Manager" clicl on that and just add your extensions.

Cheers

In HUDLite:

Right click -> settings
Tab:Connection "Connection Settings"
--------------------
Extension
-Username: 201 (for example)
-Password: 201 (for example)
--------------------
Advanced Settings
-Server Name: --pbx IP-- (192.168.0.100 for example)
-Server password: password (literally!)
-Server port: 6600 (default)
-Login timeout: 30 (default)
-Relogin pause: 5 (default)
-Park extension: 9000 (default)
--------------------

I meant these:)

but are all defaults good?

I have HUD up and running. My problem is with sending to voicemal. When a call comes in and I either click the voicemail button or drag to voicemail the caller hears busy tone and the it hangs up. Also I have setup park to 700(my park extension) and it returns both parties to dialtone. Thanks.

jr_oblika,
Not sure if you'll ever come back but if you cant upload it then PM me and I'll find somewhere for you to host it on one of my servers.

Either that, or try putting it on somewhere like rapidshare? ;)

Not sure if I have a use for it, but others may! :)

HUDlite server 3 is due soon though, so the script may need updating for that.

Thanks for that jr_oblika, looks like all the files that would be needed to setup HUDlite-server :)

Re:Last Changes: Now enjoy ELASTIX + HUDlite !!!

Haamed, I love you man :) Instructions were perfect, flawless to install and HUDLite works like a charm.

However....

I do get the following error when I click on the server configuration link on the hudadmin page (https://phone/maint/modules/12_hudadmin/hudadmin.php):

could not open XML input

The users.xml file is where the PHP script says it should be. There's probably either something wrong with my permissions or the file itself got corrupted.

Daddy is was a Windows b!tch and doesnt know better at the moment (and trying to run a production windows network at the same time). Please enlighten the noob :).

Thanks all, and thanks again Haamed.

Re:Last Changes: Now enjoy ELASTIX + HUDlite !!!

Thanks for this hope it makes it to the iso someday!

One suggestion for your howto if you are writing one. If you installed trixb repo in /etc/yum.repos.d and enabled temporarily you could have one yum install for most of the files.

Code:
yum install ircd-hybrid perl-Curses perl-Term-ReadKey perl-Tk perl-Net-DNS perl-POE perl-POE-Component-Client-DNS perl-XML-Simple perl-XML-NamespaceSupport perl-XML-SAX perl-XML-Parser libX11
It brought in all the same versions. There is also a switch to enable disabled repos this run only.

Thanks,
Don
