Not seeing the DID Caller-ID

I have a SIP trunk setup to my carrier who is using broadsoft and have successfully establish the trunk. We have several DID's with the carrier but find calls from extensions are all displaying by the initial number only instead of respective outbound DID numbers.

trunk registration:
##########@hostname:password:##########@IPAddress

The Outbound CID for the extension is set to the specify DID number.

We want the outbound CID to be the specified number and not the trunk number.

did you allow the extension CID to overide the trunk CID (block foreign CLID uncheck in the trunk and in each extension Outbound CID).

Also you have to check that your provider authorizes to present a CLID different than the one from the trunk. A lot of providers do not.

Yes, allowed the extension CID to override the trunk CID.

And waiting on the provider to come back to me on the CLID. Did ask the question at lease a two weeks now. The customer Service is so great.
