not ringing fxs in call center agent console

    When I select fxs extension in agent login console,my fxs extension does not have any ring or call but when I select softphone extension,my extension has a call and login to the console.
    how can I use fxs extension in agent console ?

    Actually you can. I suggest you do some reading about the call center module.
    Did you check that the FXS extensions rings when you call it from another extension?
    Did you associate the FXS extension to the agent in the creation of the agent?

    Read, read and read, look at the posts and learn.
