noob question ivr

Hello everyone, I need help in configuring of IVR:
I recorded a greeting message with one of my extensions, if i call *99 i hear my message, I associated this message to IVR with 2 options, I created an inbound routes then leave everything blank.
if i call one of my extensions the phone ring and not start the ivr, why? what's wrong?

For the inbound route did you set the "Set Destination" to the IVR that you created?

in set destination i select my ivr "ufficio"
