no " voice apps" checkbox in the Queues panel

Hi,
I'm follwing this tutorial to create an IVR
So far so good, until reaching the step to upload the callflow.

But I don't have such checkbox.
I'm on version
16.0.1581

mmm. is there an automatic update ? Because of course I followed your instructions ....
So, I assume I will have to reinstall v15.5 from scratch again. I think there are some issues with licence keys, should I send an email to get a proper 15.5 licence key ?

Are you using a free license or a NFR license key?

the one free for 4 months PRO and 1 year something.
asked for a brand you license and I do confirm, the license generated, when I try to use with the 15.5 is not working :
" Product cannot be activated because license key is for a previous version. Upgrade license key or purchase maintenance from https://customer.3cx.com/orderform/default.aspx ". Could you send me via PM or email the appropriate license please?

Hello @imon that license key can only be used in v16 since it is a promotion valid for v16.

You will need to use another license key for your installation in v15.5

@imon I can not assist with license issues, thats why you need to enter in contact with one of our customer service, or you can contact directly a reseller in your area that can send us for free a support ticket.
