NO puedo Adicionar agentes en el call-center

    Amigos, tengo un problemilla, acabo de instalar la nueva version de Call Center, pero cuando voy a adicionar algun agente me dice el error "Error when trying to insert an agent. Agent already exists". Entonces en MySQL no hay ningun record. :(
    Necesito ayuda!!!

    Hi, I just install the last version of Elastix and call center module and I've got a problem.. I can't add agents into it.. It says "Error when trying to insert an agent. Agent already exists".. Can you give a little help???

    encontré que en el codigo del fichero /var/www/html/modules/agents/libs/Agentes.class.php

    hay una clausula que hace una validacion de una variable, pero lo que se valida no es una variable sino un array entonces la opcion siempre da negativa.

    // if (!is_null($this->getAgents($agent[0]))) { esta es la linea original, la cual re-emplaze por la que esta debajo

    if (count($this->getAgents($agent[0])) > 0) {
    $this->errMsg = 'Agent already exists';
    return FALSE;
    hasta ahora pude adicionar agentes, aunque no se cuantos errores mas pueda encontrar. cualquier comentario es bienvenido.

    i found out that there error comes from checking a variable that is an array instead.

    on this file /var/www/html/modules/agents/libs/Agentes.class.php

    // if (!is_null($this->getAgents($agent[0]))) { this is the original line, which i commented and replaced for the one below

    if (count($this->getAgents($agent[0])) > 0) {
    $this->errMsg = 'Agent already exists';
    return FALSE;

    This allows the agents to be created and they are written in the database. But for some reason more than 1 agents can b created since this info its written in the text files. Any comments about this might be helpful.

    Tengo el mismo problema con la adiciòn de agentes, Versiòn Elastix 1.6 y Call Center 1.5.3. COn las versiones anteriores de Call Center nunca tuve dramas. Si alguien sabe como fijar habremos dos tipos felices.
