no outbound calling on Cisco 7940

    THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I USED A DIFFERENT EXTENSION AND NOW I HAVE NO PROBLEM. NOT SURE WHY THE OTHER ONE WON'T WORK, BUT I'LL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.

    I just loaded SIP on a 7940. Everything works perfectly but outbound calling. When I configure it to another hosted system it works perfectly. But when I configure it to my Elastix box everything works but outbound calling. It says at the bottom Proceeding (in 100), stays silent for a half minute, then I get a busy signal. In SipDefault I changed all the proxy addresses to the address of my box. Still nothing. Took them all out and set NAT to "0" and took out the NAT Address. Still nothing. Using the exact same configuration in my SIP<MACAddress>.cnf file as on the other hosted system, except I point to the public address of my box, just like I pointed to the public IP of the other hosted service. All ports 5060.
