no more incoming email

hi,

I probably broke something down the road, but that's a feature I'm not using frequently then I'm not sure when I broke it. I'm using Elastix 1.4RC 15 jan 09

I can't receive email anymore in the elastix mail server.

I have no problem sending outbound email (either from a local roundcube user or an elastix voice mail notification) however a local user can't receive his inbound email in roundcube.

- email sent from outside to an existing or non existing elastix email account are not rejected nor returned.

- email sent via roundcube from an elastix user to another existing or non existing elastix user are sent and are not rejected or returned

- however in roundcube the inbox is always empty.

When I'm looking at the mail.log, I don't see anything wrong.

Looking at the etc/postfix/virtual I see that the users defined in elastix gui have an entry as:
userblahblah@mydomaine.com userblahblah.mydomaine.com@example.com

Where should I look next?

I have the following error in mailog

lmtpunix[11411]: IOERROR: fstating sieve script /var/lib/imap/sieve/a/admin/defaultbc: No such file or directory

seems that's normal for sieve.
But I still can't receive any email on the server, even locally.
Where should I look? Which config file did I screw up?

spool/postfix/ folders are empty

Is it normal that the elastix email.conf.php has the following line:

define("SASL_DOMAIN","example.com");


Shouldn't it be the real domain name of the server?

bump.

Any idea where I should look?

It seems that the problem came from an 1.4RC install as I did not have the problem with the 1.3.

I could have however forgotten a step somewhere during the install, but I followed the notes I had taken on my previous install that was working.

I can smtp the elastix server and leave a message but roundcube can't access to them.
