Out of the blue today happened the strangest thing!!

I could not get any inbound calls. The calls are forwarder to the corresponding voicemail.

from CLI I got this when an inbound call was made.

    Code:
     -- Executing [XXXXXXXXXX@from-pstn:1] Set("mISDN/2-u23", "__FROM_DID=XXXXXXXXXX") in new stack
        -- Executing [XXXXXXXXXX@from-pstn:2] Gosub("mISDN/2-u23", "cidlookup|cidlookup_1|1") in new stack
        -- Executing [cidlookup_1@cidlookup:1] Set("mISDN/2-u23", "CALLERID(name)=<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>404 Not Found</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Not Found</h1>
<p>The requested URL /admin/modules/superfecta/bin/callerid.php was not found on this server.</p>
    <hr>
<address>Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at 192.168.1.10 Port 80</address>
    </body></html>") in new stack
I checked the file, it is there, I've even chmoded it to 777.

    Any ideas please??

    Yeap!!

Superfecta used to work perfectly the past few months!!

Suddenly today did this strange thing!

The only thing I did last night was to run avantfax install sript!!

    That's strange.

    some tests you can do:

did you tried from a web browser to access the /admin/modules/superfecta/bin/callerid.php with http to make sure that the https rewrite exclusion is working?

Did you tried to reinstall superfecta?

You might want to remove the rather selfish avantfax.conf file out of the /etc/httpd path.
