Hi Again,

My second attempt at installing Elastix 1.3 was unsuccessfully for a different reason. Basically few seconds after I chose the keyboard type "US" I got this error message "No Elastix CD was found to match media type..." and I couldn't go any further.

I am using an Intel Atom MB with SATA2 160GB HDD. The CD drive that I am using is an older type IDE one that I use all the time for all my installations. It is connected to the motherboard IDE connector.

Could we install Elastix on SATA drives?

thanks again for your help.

It should support sata discs, must of our installation uses this disks. It might be solve by editing some variable in the bios. Also it might work better with Elastix 1.5 that would be release today or tomorrow.

BTW this error should be true with CentOS machines so google about this issue with your mainboard version and CentOS 5.

Regards,

RAfael
