No data found when trying to open de CSV Data...

    Hi, after creating a campaign, when I try to view the CSV Data, it says "No Data Found"... but I've been able to load a file... which could be the problem?

    It means no calls have been made from that campaign, This either means you have not run the campaign yet or the data you upload is not correct.

    Hi I work with nocuser and the actual problem is that i upload the list of numbers. I´ve tried with the full data, Telephone number, adresss, etc and it was no use. I later tried to upload the list with only the phone numbers.
    Its a US list so the format is 1234567890 on a CSV file that I made but still when I login as Agent it just waits there in the main agent screen. But no dial.
    I have tried with multiple test campaigns setup at one time and also tried having only 1 activa at the time, none of them worked.
    We need guidance since we are just starting to use elastix.
    What would you suggest ?
    Posting the logs or any ideas you may have are welcome.
