No audio?

    Hi in the office i dial 8 out of trunk 4164793526 then gets forwarded to a cell phone we have audio.

    Same trunk same route out when I dial in externally to the trunk it then forwards to the cell phone but then no audio how come this is happening? Heres a trace

    are you using a sip trunk?
