no audio to agent phone (not resolve)

    Hi, I have 2 spa942. One is agent set. After log in i call the queue number and agent set rings but no audio. But are set to ulaw. When I call direct set to set audio works. anybody have any idea?

    Problem solved, Seto both phones to all=ulaw.
