[Feb 28 03:41:33] WARNING[3082] rtp.c: Unable to set TOS to 184
[Feb 28 03:41:33] WARNING[3082] chan_sip.c: No audio format found to offer. Cancelling call to 9530214
[Feb 28 03:41:33] VERBOSE[3082] logger.c: -- Couldn't call 3364304/9530214

No audio format found to offer would indicate your SIP trunk doesnt have an allow= line to specify the type of codecs that are allowed.

If you have deny=all in your trunks, it should always preceed an allow= line :)

tos=184 is used for QoS from what I understand, and should have absolutely nothing to do with the Codecs used??
