No AMPUSER db entry for . Not recording

    Hello

    Im using Asterisk Desktop Manager (ADM) for click and dial.
    For every call that i am doing from ADM there is no recording.
    The message is "No AMPUSER db entry for . Not recording"

    For every call that i am doing from the phone there is a recording.

    Can someone tell me how can i record calls that plased from ADM?

    I also cannot record any disa calls.

    The point is that asterisk record fine all the extentions but nothing more.

    Can someone give me an advice on how to record trunks, or disa calls?
