My questions. Scenario 1: an inbound call is made ( from a PSTN line ) to Elastix with IVR enabled. - IVR answers and gives options. - Caller pins in the extension number but the Ext. number is busy. Question: How to redirect the call from that busy extension to another number or to the operator? Scenario 2: My elastix setup has 4 FXO ports. Question: How to separate users from calling outbound PSTN calls. -I want some users to be able to call outbound calls through ONLY by passing to the operator. ( how to set this up? The operator is using a linksys 962 IP phone. - Some users can call LOCAL calls, as well as Domestic and International Long distance calls - Some users are restricted to only local calls - but they can dial directly without having to pass through an operator( no NDD,IDD).
