    I am working with a call center who uses your product, btw very nice product, My client needs data from the call center that is not currently available and based on my experience should be a part of the reports, is it possible to create reports from the admin console?

    My client needs Number of attempts, live connects, answering machine connects, busy, bad number..needs to be able to get by campaign and date or date range and even by agent. Most if not all the call centers I have worked with or predictive dialing systems have this type data in some format for their clients?
