    Hello,

    I have a strange problem.

I need to reboot Elastix when I setup a new extension in order for the new extension to register.

The extension will get a register fail, but after Elastix reboots, it registers.

Anyone had this problem and get it fixed?

    Thanks,

    -Matt Scaffa

Please describe your system more fully and any "updates" you did.

Do you use the Embedded or Unembedded FreePBX to setup these extensions, and did you remember to "commit" them by clicking the bar?

But no, reboots are almost never necessary unless you update your kernel.
