    hi, all i just to know how to setting up survey or broadcast in elastix.

    then perhaps, all we need to know is what you mean exactly by "survey or broadcast" :)

    hi brother thnkx for ur reply i just want to know about how dial calls with recorded massage when the client receive call and press 2 to redirect call to agent. i hope u understand .wat iam saying

    Some useful resources:

    "Elastix Without Tears" from the download sectiopn, to familiarize and initially set up Elastix.
    The "Call Center" module - for a functional call center which apparently is what you are trying to implement,
    Search the posts (some within the last week or two) here for answers explicit to your question, even not wasting time on machine answered calls. (with backgrounddetect)
