    Hi All:

    I need som help with call queueing. I ned to be able to pause / unpause the quw so that an agent the is removed from the queue will not have his extension when a call comes into the que but will still be able to receive direct calls.

    I have done the following:

    in extensions.conf:
    exten => *11ZXXX,1,PauseQueueMember(|Agent/${EXTEN:3});

    In Queue.comf:

    member => Agent/9000

    In agents.conf

    agent => 9000,9000,9000

    I dial *119000 and it is not working. When I do a Show Queue 1670 ... I see that Agent 9000 is invalid.

    Please help.

    Thanks

    I personally had the same problem. for me this worked. Instead of putting just your agent number 9000,0 in your static or dynamic agent spots I found by adding A in front of it tells the PBX your a agent. A9000,0 is what you would use. By only entering 9000 Dynamic login, it does not work proper, it works if you put it in static agents (eten 9000 i mean) Downside for doing that when ever anyone come in to the queue you will get the call.

    Eg:
    A9000,0 in the dynamic spot.

    Also again i found to log in i gave to do the following.

    45*9000*passcode then you should here agent logged in.
    45*9000 passcode*. on my box both works.
    I use DND to make busy or ready on the queue

    Again this I found worked for me when i set up the queues.
