need callcenter module informatio

    how to use manual dialing in call center module.
    also where customer information in call center while agent loged in agent screen.Is there any way to login directly for agent supervor,manager.

    for eg: 192.168.1.101 ----is the ip

    if i hit this, it directly route to complete module but ineed only agent console alone.
