    Hi All,

    I have been using Call Center for quite sometime and things are working great. Currently, whenever agent logs-in to the queue, he hears MOH. Now whenever any active call lands on the queue, a beep sound is played (configured in agents.conf) and then agent does not hear anything. At this time, the caller hears MOH. My requirement is that whenever agents joins the queue (is online), he should not hear MOH but whenever any active call lands on his queue, he should start listen to some MOH or ringing tone.

    I searched in this forum regarding updating agentConsole.php file but that did not work for me. Any configuration file to be changed to make it work?

    Please help.

    Regards,
    -Hema

    for me modify the agents.conf dosen<t change anything, my agents are always hearing music,
    i changed agents.conf to

    ; Define wrapuptime. This is the minimum amount of time when
    ; after disconnecting before the caller can receive a new call
    ; note this is in milliseconds.
    ;
    wrapuptime=20000
    ;
    ; Define the default musiconhold for agents
    ; musiconhold => music_class
    ;
    musiconhold => none

    if somebody have a solution please let me know

    what worked for me, was making a music on hold group called "None" (capital N) and then went into the conf file and set it to "None" and restarted the MOH, when agents log in, dead silence until a call comes through :) (elastix 2.0.3)

    Hi.

    Can you please explain in detail on how to make a music on hold group called "None"? Is it by taking a backup of musiconhold.conf file and rename it as None? Also,where in the agents.conf file we need to mention None?

    Below is the default section of agents.conf

    ; Define the default musiconhold for agents
    ; musiconhold => music_class
    ;
    ;musiconhold => default

    Please assist.

    Thanks
