Multiple Incoming calls and another problem.

    Hi, and TIA,

    I'm having a bit of a problem with incoming calls

    1: Call comes in and caller hears the hold music until someone picks up the call. How can I change that?
    2: First and Second call come in ok, the third call rings everywhere but no one can actually take the call, it seems to be jumping from one extension to another.

    Details:
    4 SIP Trunks
    4 ZAP Trunks
    1 Queue
    1 ring group
    4 ZAP extensions
    6 SIP extensions (2 extensions on a pap2 ATA )


    Here is how ALL my calls are routed

    Calls come in and get routed to the Queue, if no one is in the Queue, or even if it doesnt get answered the call gets passed on to the ring group, which has all the extensions, if no one answers it goes to a voice mail.

    You should be able to change the MOH to "ringing" in the Queue setup I believe?

    I believe I have overlooked the ringing option, thank you for pointing it out.

    As for the third incoming call, any thoughts? I belive the only way that we are able to pickup that call is by using the *8 feature, but it should just work as expected instead.
