Multi attendant Solution

    I was only introduced to elastix a week ago and already have the solution in service. Great Product.
    However I am looking for a method/solution where I can have multiple attendants answering calls. I intend to use elastix for my virtual office/assistance business.
    The idea is to have each inbound call be identified by its trunk/DID and correlate with the client details. The attendant would see the DID and a script to respond to the call including extensions and any special instructions.
    E.g.
    Inbound call DID 123456
    Script on attendant console

    That's easy to do, just play with the Inbound Routes and the "DID" field.

    Outbound however, is a whole different can of worms ;)
