Elastix is not showing the call record links dispite files are there in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor. I had read that this was a known issue for elastix 1.5.2. I have Elastix 1.6-12 nevertheless when I try to view the recordings it does not show the list, it just appear a message saying "You don't have extension number associated with user".

I have tried the solution found on this link,

    http://bugs.elastix.org/view.php?id=171

I checked the file and is ok.

Could anyone help me about this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, just update Elastix. On the shell, execute:
    yum update elastix

Well, I assigned an extension to the admin user and it seems that the problem is solved, but not completelly. Now I have the problem that is just displaying two recording per page but it should display 15 per page.

    Any ideas?
