Monitoring Queues

Hi,

I have a doubt, when I activate Calls recording in a queue, the file is stored in the correct place, but in the monitoring web dont show it. I have read the monitoring module, and try to find which is the problem, and I find that in cdr database is not store the name of the sound file in "userfield".

Any suggestions?
