Monitoring page in Elastix interface = 35 minutes

    In an environment where all calls are recorded from all extensions in a company with 180 endpoints, accessing the monitoring page under the PBX tab in the Elastix interface takes easily 15-35 minutes to fully open.

    Obviously, this is completely unworkable. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this or perhaps a better recordings management add-on or package that would allow us to better manage and retrieve call recordings?

    Hi izrunas,
    Use the unembedded freepbx Recordings tab, it should work better.

    And fill a bug report in Elastix bugtracker.
    AFAIK some others have reported here at the forum problems like yours, but I think they didn't report the bug in the bugtracker.

    Is there some way to access "all" recordings through the unembedded recordings interface? Seems to me that that only gives access to a single user's recordings.

    If you go to 'Administrators' tab in unembedded freepbx, you can assign an extension range to your admin user, or add new admins with an assigned extension range.
