    Hello

    Excuse for my english.

    I have a concern at the music on hold and my ISDN calls

    So I installed Elastix 1.6 with a card B410P. When I have an incoming call on my sip account, the hold music works but when the call is ISDN, the internal phone rings, but in the calling that sounds busy.

    Here are my cli:

    -- Executing [s@macro-dial:7] Dial("mISDN/3-u5", "SIP/31|60|m(none)tM(auto-blkvm)") in new stack
    -- Called 31
    -- Started music on hold, class 'default', on mISDN/3-u5
    -- SIP/31-09bc2f30 is ringing
    -- Stopped music on hold on mISDN/3-u5
    == Spawn extension (macro-dial, s, 7) exited non-zero on 'mISDN/3-u5' in macro 'dial'
    == Spawn extension (ext-group, 200, 13) exited non-zero on 'mISDN/3-u5'
    -- Executing [h@macro-dial:1] Macro("mISDN/3-u5", "hangupcall") in new stack
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:1] GotoIf("mISDN/3-u5", "1?skiprg") in new stack
    -- Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,4)
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:4] GotoIf("mISDN/3-u5", "0?skipblkvm") in new stack
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:5] NoOp("mISDN/3-u5", "Cleaning Up Block VM Flag: BLKVM/200/mISDN/3-u5") in new stack
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:6] DBdel("mISDN/3-u5", "BLKVM/200/mISDN/3-u5") in new stack
    -- DBdel: family=BLKVM, key=200/mISDN/3-u5
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:7] GotoIf("mISDN/3-u5", "1?theend") in new stack
    -- Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,9)
    -- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:9] Hangup("mISDN/3-u5", "") in new stack
    == Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 9) exited non-zero on 'mISDN/3-u5' in macro 'hangupcall'
    == Spawn extension (macro-dial, h, 1) exited non-zero on 'mISDN/3-u5'

    small clarification, if I place the call in a queue before sending it to the phone, the hold music is played

    why is she not played when I send the call directly to the phone or to a ring group?

    Hi, that's my first post...
    The Ring group doesn't really answer to your call but it just distributes the incoming calls to the extensions.
    The Queue instead, really answers your incoming calls, so the MOH can be played.

    Hope it helps,
    bye Kess.

    effectively moh does not start on a BRI trunk but a trunk ip possible, I think the ip can replace the "ring" by moh
    France in one of our Internet access providers also offer this

    (excuse my english)
