    Hi there,

    I just encountered elastix after running Trixbox for over a year. Great product and definitely worth having a very deep look at.

    My question is about the integration of mISDN into 1.0.
    - Does it have to be installed/enabled?
    - If so, is there a step-by-step installation guide for mISDN in elastix?

    I'm a Linux novice and it took me a while to get my HFC cards running in Trixbox.

    Test with one HFC card:
    I ran mISDN scan -> finds >>hfcpci
    mISDN config to write config file went fine
    I've put "misdn-init start" in front of amportal in /etc/rc.ed/rc.local

    Bit when I try to call mISDN commands in * CLI (like mISDN show stacks), i get an error, so it is not running.

    What am I doing wrong

    Many thanks

    Ralph

    Yes, mISDN comes with Elastix. To scan your cards you have to run

    misdn-init scan

    And then start the service

    misdn-init start
