Max retries exceeded to host 192.168.X.X on IAX

Strange issue I am having between 2 *boxes. The SIP calls between the two are dropped/disconnected after seconds or minutes.

PBX A is running Elastix 1.6.2-27
PBX B is running Elastix 2.0.0 release 57

We have other *boxes running 1.6-10 and lower and they are working fine to PBX A and PBX B.

What I am able to see in the Asterisk log file are:
