Hey everyone, I have Cisco 7960g phones with Elastix. I really love how I can view logs to see how many calls each person made in a day. I have them manually log them in our CRM but it's nice to see the logs. Problem is that some reps prefer to go into the conference room to call customers since it's more private there. Is there any way that say user of extension 1155 could go into the conference room and call a customer on the conference room phone (extension 1000) but have it call like it's from their own extension? With our hosted PBX we're moving off of, we can log into a portal online and do click to call, so I could just simply click dial, and it will say # to call and extension to ring at, so I'd then just enter extension 1000, customer phone # and it would look like me calling.
