The users and passwords are stored in /var/www/db/acl.db
You can modify it manually or maybe you can try with a sqlite manager as Sqlite Database Browser.
You will have to change the md5 hash of your admin password stored in that database for a md5 hash of a known password.
    You can get it here:

Lazy people could try from bash (as root) this "one-liner", which does exactly what ramoncio suggests:-

    /usr/bin/sqlite3 /var/www/db/acl.db "UPDATE acl_user SET md5_password = '`echo -n imanidiotandforgotmypassword|md5sum|cut -d ' ' -f 1`' WHERE name = 'admin'"

(change the imanidiotandforgotmypassword to suit. :) )
and to quote ramoncio "Be careful <anyone> , remember this damn fireboard cuts some code lines in two.", It's a "one" liner.
