any good suggestions on sourcing this stuff?
You can't go wrong with any of the Aastra phones IMHO. They have a new low cost line so now they have something for any price point.
I agree but don't buy any 9122/9133 or 480's old stock you will regret it when you try and provision them (other posts here to substantiate, verified by Aastra) they have the old Nortel look and feel (why not they come from the same stable) , Polycoms sound good but take 5.78 hours to reboot and have "modern" 1990's styling. Linksys' can be NAT dis-aware and like to reboot for no reason, grandstreams make good landfill after three weeks when they usually brick themselves, if they haven't floated away by lack of substance already, Ciscos are a licensing nightmare, Snom's are expensive and dated, Atcom's look like kiddie toys and you need really small hands to use them (they work well though). (who did I miss ? )
I suggest you buy one of each and see what meets your pocket and acceptance level.
