Logout agents in queue (refresh FOP and asterisk)

    Hi there

    This seems very simple, but the thing is when the agents extension suddenly looses ac power or the lan cable gets disconnected, the FOP panel keeps showing the agent as logged in, and worst, when the disconnected agent tries to login again, the system says "agent already logged in" and the agent cannot get into the queue.

    Is there a way to refresh the FOP and restart asterisk to avoid this?

    You could try from the phone *8888(agent number)
    Enter the agent password when prompted.
    Enter # when it asks for the extension and it should say "agent logged off" then try logging in again as normal.
