Llamadas se cruzan

    Hola amigos que tal,

    Estoy con un problema con mi centralita elastix, a veces las llamadas se cruzan durante una conversación. Si estoy hablando con la ext 111 se mete otra persona por ejemplo la ext 112 y se establece como una conferencia. Otra cosa que sucede es que si se llama desde afuera, despues de seleccionar la opción de la ivr, me contesta la operadora y la persona de la ext que solicite, de igual forma se queda como en una conferencia.

    Por favor ayúdenme a solucionar este problema, necesito arreglarlo de manera urgente.

    Cuando una llamada entra y contesta la operadora se escucha la voz de la persona que llama y la ivr. O cuando una persona levanta el auricular para llamar escucha la conversación de otras personas.

    Que será lo que está fallando?

    Supongo que has de tener líneas analógicas. Te recomiendo que revises su cableado, ahí encontrarás la solución.
