Llamadas Entrantes se cortan 20 segundos

Hola a todos,

Despues de tantas horas al fin he logrado que me funcionen las llamadas entrantes para un proveedor SIP, pero resulta ser que ahora me las corta a los 20 segundos exactos....alguien tiene alguna idea de que puede ser?

no es cosa de tu carrier SIP? osea, que hay que pagar o algo por el estilo para que esto no pase? que carrier es?

Hola Jorge...ante todo gracias por tu respuesta... te cuento un poco.

En un principio pense que era problema del carrier (voztelecom) pero me lo instale directamente con el Xlite y no se cortan...aunque esta tarde en otro PC instalé el Asteris solo y me pasa los mismo, a los 20 segundos justos se cortan las llamadas entrantes, solo me pasa con las entrantes, las salientes e internas correctas.

Me estoy volviendo loco de verdad

bueno, dices que lo hs probado en otro asterisk, entonses no queda mas que la configuracion, hay que mirar que configuracion tienes.

Hola Castellanos,

Prescisamente lo he probado en otro ASterisk y sigue igual, a los 20 segundos se me corta, dicen por ahi es que ASterisk no se entera de las conversaciones RTP entre el proveedor y los telefonos... ? Que te parece?

mmm, yo siento mas que es algun problema de configuracion, quiza falte algun parametro o no se este registrando bien, y por seguridad el carrier desconecta la linea.

Hola Jorge...ante todo muchas gracias por tuayuda, ya lo he resuelto y tenias razon, Asterisk recibía una orden de descolgado desde el operador "voztelecom" y era porque el router no dejaba pasar los mensajes de que estaba viva la llamada "por decirlo de alguna forma", lo he resuelto con los siguientes comandos al router.

1. Acceder via TELNET al router
2. Ejecutar el siguiente comando: "connection unbind application=SIP port=5060" (sin las comillas dobles)
3. Ejecutar el siguiente comando: "saveall" (sin las comillas dobles)

Por lo menos para los routers Thomson SpeedTouch..para los demas no , y la verdad que todo solucionado.

Muchas Gracias, ahora me toca la siguiente tarea....

si el usuario es root el pass es eLaStIx.2oo7, pero yo nunca lo he podido conectar, si lo logras me dices.

Buenas buenas. tengo un problema parecido espero me colaboren

tengo un elastix con un proveedor sip que las llamadas se cortan a los 20 segundos y las salientes al minuto y 40 segundo. les cuento:

tengo telefonos grandsetram gxp280 y cambie a zoiper y xlite y socede lo mismo así que los telefonos quedan descartados. estoy seguro que no es problema del proveedor de las troncales ya que ellos me lo probaron. estoy seguro pues.

me parece que es de configuración algo de señalizacion que esta falttando. pues mira tengo nateados los puertos 5060 y del 10000 al 20000 y perfecto pues la comunicacion con extensiones externa funciona bien. ahora que piensas que debo hacer o que será eso.

Hola ariel. te pregunto a mí me pasa lo mismoo de que se me cortan las llamadas entrantes alos 20 segundos y las salientes al minuto y cuarenta por una troncal sip de un porveedor.

te cuento yo entreb por telnet al router thompson antes de leer este post pero utilice el siguiente comando:
nat unbind application=SIP port=5060

pero era para poder lograr que las extensiones SIP externas se me registraran fuera de la LAN.

te pregunto será que si pongo el comando que tu utilizastes se me soluciona lo del corte de llamadas alos 20 segundos? quito el que yo piuse? que piensas que deberia hacer.

Realice la siguiente prueba con la misma troncal de mi provedor de PSTN con la version de elastix 1.6 y no se me cortaban las llamadas. Cuando realize la instalacion con la version 2.2.0 de elastix; realice la activacion de las llamadas anonimas sip.
