list calls in a Queue

    Hello.
    I've got a small elastix instalation with two trunks, a queue and 4 softphones. When an external call arrives enters in the queue and is tranfer to the soft phones with ringall.
    Ok, my problem is that i need to register in real time and sent to the soft phone software the incoming number of the queue call.
    I don't know the best way, AGI, manager, db,etc...

    AGI: I can't modified extensions_additional.conf, the easy way, because elastix overwrite it. In extension custom I don't know where put it.

    Manager console. The socket trafic is very high, I only want the number....

    DB. It's slow, external ascess takes 0,2 sec of delay. Too high for a pooling.

    So, i need help.

    incoming number? you refer to Caller ID or numer of queued calls in the day?

    The Caller Id.
    The solution is activate "event when called=yes" and open a socket 5038 and send Action: Events\r\nEventmask: agent
    ok, the problem is that Event: AgentConnect doesn't include the caller id. So I need to send show channel xxxx
    This solution works, but I don't know if it is the best way.
