link agents to queues or viceversa

    Hi there, based on Ben Sharif´s book, When I create an agent, there should be a box where I put the queue where the agent belongs, but it does not appear. Static agent can be an option ONLY if there is a chance that they can login and logout.
    Please let me know, it is urgent

    Hi David,

    when you create a queue, you must add your agents there like "A2001,0" and so on.

    Hi there, thanks, it worked fine. I was doing everything by the book but it did not work that way.
