    Hi!

Sometimes I get a message saying the line is bussy. I have to restart my elastix or I have to put out the telefone cable conected to my PVI card.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanx!

    Hi again,

I'll try to explain my strange situation. I sometimes get line bussy message. Aparently, there is no reason to happen.

The only way I know to fix this is to disconnect the telephone cable and connect again.

I have an analog traditional line and it works fine while it works, but if I get line bussy message, the line seems to be with an established call and no one is calling.

It´s a big pitty because someone could be calling.

    What sould I do?

    Thanks.

You need to provide a sip debug.

    asterisk -r
    set verbose 0
    sip set debug peer TRUNK_NAME_HERE

Make a call, let it give you the error and paste results here. Use the CODE tags please.

After you ran a debug, back in the asterisk -r, type:
    sip no debug
    set verbose 3

And then you can exit the system properly

    one question
what version of zaptel do you have?
    rpm -qa | grep zaptel
what version of elastix do you have?

I suppose that you are having troubles with your analogue phon lines, it is correct?
