    Hi Andy

A script for integrating Elastix with AD is available, we are using it in our environment. This helps in creating extensions by adding it in the IP phone field of the User in the Active Directory. The script needs to be fine tuned better to provide more automated functionalities. We are still working on that

Oh man that would be nice. I have Elastix in two offices with domain controllers and that would be sweet to make and create extensions from the users profiles

    :D

It would be better if the script is share with the community so that the idea could be integrated in future versions of Elastx.

    Regards,

    Rafael

I noticed that the Druid opensource voip software provides active directory integration in its voip server software package... has anyone looked at some of the druid features to put in elastix?

I'd like to know too, I have emailed the company to see if there is any information available regarding the ldap query.

I'll post back on here if and when I get a reply.

This would be excellent for any business environment, looked online but could not find the price, only a reference to the add on and that was it.

    Excellent stuff,

    G.
