Hi guys.

I just finished a new install on new hardware of a 2.x version, then yum updated excluding freepbx.

Was working nicely, when suddenly, Kernel Panic

I plugged in a monitor, and I noticed its booting into the centos splash screen and not the usual Elastix one.

I dont seem to have an option, I remember 1.6 had two options on the boot screen.

How can I get that back? how or why did it switch?

all pointers, hints and suggestions are welcomed
thanks

I can only post, as I intend to for every problem related to Elastix 2.0.? and it's ongoing bugginess, :-

www.elastix.org/component/kunena/25-new ... g=en#59174

The important bit is to PLEASE post a bug-report, no-one here has the power to help, unless and until the developers "get-it"

In deed dicko

I posted the bug report, and actually managed to reproduce it.

But after blaming 2.0 i downgraded to 1.6 this morning, and kernel panic, it seems to be the mother boards fault. Its a Gigabyte brand.
It was replaced by an HP, and 2.0 is humming along. I will keep the bug report updated, I understand the need.
thanks for keeping up.
best regards
