IVR uploaded recordings no audio when phoning in.

    Hi Guys

    I have backup up a clients old IVR recordings on his trixbox and installed the latest release of elastix for the client. But when I created the IVR menu and uploaded the recordings in ogg and wav format I get no audio from the recordings when phoning in. I have setup my announcements. I have tested the recordings on Switchvox both ogg and wav file and works 100% but I still get no audio from the playback on elastix. Can anyone assist?
