IVR Stay on the line option

    Hello!

    I am setting up our IVR's and I have been largely successful. My one issue is that my boss wants the main menu to ring to the receptionist if the caller listens to the entire menu. i.e. "you can press 0 to reach the receptionist, or just stay on the line" I have programmed the "0" successfully, but i dont know how to have the system ring the receptionist if they dont press anything. Is this possible?
