IVR Setup and digits allowed

    HI I am wondering if there are some restrictions user some digits in IVR? I am on Elastix 1.6.2-25 and have reated my IVR's without any problem. On my welcome IVR, I have "for english press 9". If I press 9, nothing is happening. 9 is my dialout digit configured in my outbound route (9|.), Would it be the reason why? also, can't use 1, I have some extensions in the 1000 range...as far as I remember, I could do this before no?

    dtmf issues or u have problems only with the 9 option

    Well all other digits are working. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8...extensions are 1200, 1259, 1262...so 1 in IVR doesn't work, To place an outbound call I dial 9 and then the phone number and it gets out but 9 in IVR doesn't work.

    sorry but your problem is not a problem you are in a real hurry as 1 dont get directly to any menus but after 4 seconds as you have a non ambiguous coincidence there
