IVR problem

    I am setting up an IVR, and everything goes well until the moment when I should press , 1,2,3... etc.

    I set up the IVR on inbound calls, and I have 2 options in IVR (number 1 and number 2).

    When I call from outside the system recording/announecement is playing but afterwards elastix isn't accepting my choices (1 or 2)... It isn't doing anything...

    ANY HELP?

    If you are using a SIP trunk to receive inbound calls from the PSTN, you may want to check the "dtmf=" setting on your trunk.
